Experience

Emma is a Cincinnati native with deep roots in creativity, community, and service. A graduate of the School for Creative and Performing Arts, she spent 15 years immersed in ballet before shifting her focus to political science at the University of Cincinnati, where she completed coursework and gained hands-on experience through internships at Cincinnati City Hall and the Jeff Ruby Foundation.

Professionally, Emma has built a strong foundation in HR, client service, and operations through roles at Medpace and BrightView Health—where she helped launch the company’s first fully virtual program. At Skystone Partners, Emma combines her passion for people and purpose, making daily contributions that drive meaningful change nationwide.

In addition to her professional experience, Emma is a published poet who brings a creative and thoughtful perspective to everything she does. Raised by a pastor and a social worker, she grew up with a deep sense of service—values she carries into both her work and her everyday life. She leads with her humility, clarity, and care—and for always finding beauty in the details, whether through writing, her past as a dancer, or love for music.
